2️⃣ Wrong product (wrong style, color, size) → Can be returned or refunded
3️⃣ Orders not delivered (more than 30-45 days) → Free reissue or refund

1️⃣ Personal reasons dislike (style, color does not match expectations)
2️⃣ Customized products (engraving, exclusive customization)
3️⃣ Products after wearing (involving hygiene and safety, unless there are quality issues)
💰 Return and exchange processing

  • Low value orders (<$50): 50% partial refund or discount coupon to avoid return costs
  • High-value orders (>$50): Returns are supported, and the buyer bears the shipping cost
  • Product damage: The buyer provides photo evidence, refund or reissue directly

📌 Return Process
1️⃣ Customer submits return request (order number + broken/wrong product photo)
2️⃣ You review whether you meet the return and exchange policy
3️⃣ Eligible for returns:

  • Supplier support → Customer sends back, refund/exchange upon receipt of goods
  • The supplier does not support → direct refunds or provide coupons

4️⃣ Not eligible for returns: Explain the policy and offer discount coupons to reassure customers
